Soul, Pop, Rock, R&B...you name it, Patty Mack can and will sing it. She grew up in a small town listening to all genres of music and went through many music stages in her life...musical theater listening to Barbra Streisand, and Sammy Davis, Jr.; R&B and the sounds of Natalie Cole, Stevie Wonder and Anita Baker; Pop-Rock with Janet Jackson, Prince and David Bowie in heavy rotation; and Opera singing along to the Vissi D'arte from Tosca at an early age. But Jazz is where her heart is, with influences including the Queen, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Nancy Wilson, crooners like Mel Torme and the genre skipping sounds of Dianne Reeves. She also devoured the shows of her favorite performer, Tina Turner because the stage is where she always wanted to be. She got her first taste of live performance in the CME church and then in her teens and 20's performing across the U.S. and throughout Europe. While attending college at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, she got the theater bug starring as "Evita", yes a black EVITA. After college she settled in her adopted home town of Atlanta and joined the Alliance Theater family working with critically acclaimed directors Kenny Leon, David Bell and Tom Jones with stage credits including "Once on this Island", "Little Shop of Horrors" and "Falsettos". After her theater years, Patty founded Atlanta's hottest party band, Party Nation and soon combined her knowledge of theater and entertainment to begin producing corporate entertainment for the likes of Delta Airlines, Coca Cola and the Atlanta Falcons. These early productions led to the creation of GPF Production which today creates live entertainment for corporations and special events across the U.S. But that's not all...Patty Mack is a sought after session vocalist and voice over talent, Patty's voice has been featured in TV and radio spots for Coke, GM, Project Runway, Cartoon Network, TNT and TBS just to name a few. She also receives enthusiastic reviews as a singer/songwriter. Her Neo Soul EP, Something Special was chosen as a "pick of the year". And corporations, large and small, including Kohler, Synchrony and Novo Nordisk, have benefited from her and her team's compositions for conventions, conferences, radio and TV spots.
